1. Solitary 1 Chest Rip 3 x 10 front, above and behind
2. Solitary 2 Cross Body Press 10 x each arm
3. Solitary 6 Frontal push back each arm 10 for ten seconds
4. Solitary 7 Reverse arm-push 10 for ten seconds
5. Burpees 1 x 10
6. Star jumps 1 x 10
7. Solitary 8  Table leg triceps 10 slow ones - feet not on ground!
8. Solitary 11 Arm behind and leg down triceps 10 slow ones
9. Solitary 18 Coconut back pull 10 slow ones each leg
