5. Burpees                  1 x 10
7. Star jumps              4 x 20

9. Solitary 11
10. Normal press ups 1 x 10
11. Solitary 2

Cardio: Jog 30 minutes 10kph

Comments - this was a first gentle workout on the roof of my compound building in a certain Middle Eastern country. Picture of my 'gym' below!



Food:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 cheese slices, 2 pieces white bread, salted fish, cereal with milk

Lunch: boiled chicken, kim-chi, pickled vegetables, half-bowl rice

Dinner: Korean BBQ - just meat / lettuce (2 pieces of chicken, beef, lamb and pork) approx. 400 g and lettuce.

Hard to work out exact calories today, I will come back and update this post...
