Solitary day 2
1. Solitary 1 - Chest-rip 3 x 10 front, above and behind (use a towel, slack 46cm long, hold straight in front between chest/shoulder)
2. Normal press-ups 1 x 30
3. Solitary 3 - Reverse bicep-press 10 on each arm!
4. Solitary 2 - Cross body press 10 on each arm!
5 Solitary 5 - Deltoid lifter do 10 - slowly!
6. Solitary 7 - Reverse arm-push 10 for ten seconds
7. Squat thrusts 1 x 10
8. Star jumps 4 x 20
