Singular fitness starts here!
This is a blog which accurately records my use of Charles Bronson's book Solitary Fitness to improve my health and strength.

As such, this blog is only about my fitness journey generally using that book as a guide - and nothing more or less. It will be updated most days with details of my diet / calorie intake and, of course, exercise actually undertaken. I may also experiment and use free weights, calisthenics or other techniques from time to time as I learn and improve.

On the results I hope we can judge together, objectively.

I hope it will be of some use to encourage and help you, as an honest record, as the blog is to me. Please do reach out.

Couple of general comments:

  • this blog is not a substitute in any way for purchasing the book referred to above, nor getting your own fitness and medical advice. As in everything in life, do your own research!
  • as I say, please do leave your comments - any politely / tactfully made fair comment, suggestion or even reasoned critique is to be welcomed. Please share your experiences and stories etc. Only two general rules - rudeness (which in my view is just bullying) is totally banned at pain of deletion, and keep it on topic - therefore, no posts relating to Charles Bronson, unless they are intended to relate to his fitness advice please!  
PS - now learn about how I have tackled the exercises, then get away from your computer/device and get off your ass!
